Back in action today,
thriving in the
Outside world to face
new challenges,

Ready to learn
new lessons as I tackle
Work obligations
with my outside interests,

Turning the wheel.

Life Balance

One more day
until my life welcomes

Work back in the routine,
the balance re-introduced.

Time to create a life
filled with writing and books,

With some yarn craft
along the way.

Impatience

One month in a flurry
of activity,

The next month caught
in a tangle of thoughts,

The unknown always
posing as an omen,

Blending impatience
with meditation,

Reminding myself to
breathe.

Plotting

When working on ideas,
I take the longest time

Finding routines, until
I plot a plan fitting

For my journey at that
moment. It draws out new

Threads, edges  weaving in
a path most comfortable.

A salty breeze whips
my tresses back as I watch
the cascading waves.
