Joys and Sorrows

I look back to the times
when we lived carefree,

Speaking endlessly, with
only school to worry about.

Before we knew it,
decades flew by and

We are here living day to day,
life throwing constant obstacles

In our way, and we are left
to navigate our paths in life.

With trepidation, It is important
to hold on to friendship

During times of
joy and sorrow.
