The blistering rays
beat down on this summer day.
Night time brings relief.

    Yes! Lately we have had lightning bugs at night, as if they have stored up the heat...

    Lightning bugs
    reflecting outward
    the day's heat

    But I think we're getting a cool-down tomorrow. Maybe it will reach you guys on Thursday!
